The 2004 program is online. After consulting that, it seems my memory was
playing tricks on me:

My memory is very visual, and I see now that there were two sessions in
the same wing of the Hyatt. The rooms must have looked the same, and my
memory merged the more memorable symposium with the more memorable
discussion.

Sorry about that. As the Gilda Radner character used to say on SNL, "Never
Mind!"

(Martin did do a great job, though, in the other session!)
