Day Before Sounds Great.

Space and Money: My space would be free, and I suspect the other offered
spaces would also be free. We NYers could decide which might be best and
easiest to obtain, unless others want to get involved. Ana and Elina, you
know the Institute space and it has the advantage (?) of not being a
university-looking environment. I see no reason to charge but we could put a
nominal fee of $10-$15 to cover refreshments.
Advertising: It's likely we could post the announcement on some listserves
that we belong to. In addition, if we don't go through AERA bureaucracy,
then we could announce wider and, for example, have grad students and
professor who might not be going to AERA participate.

This would take us on the route of a different kind of offering...no
certificate, no strict enrollment...unless we wanted one of our institutions
to sponsor it and get CEUs. What do we think?
