I can probably get a room in the Teachers College building (W. 120th st). It would be a 20-30 minute trip from the hotels (by train -- no transfers). What are the dates and times to consider?

I wonder if perhaps one or our New York colleagues with access to space
might arrange to house at workshop? Why does it have to have the
 imprimatur
to AERA? Anyone have
some space for a few hours or so not to far from the AERA
hotel(s)?
