*APPLY NOW for the SRA Young Scholars Program!*

Co-Sponsored by the *William T. Grant Foundation*, the *Young Scholars
Program* encourages and supports junior and senior undergraduate students
from underrepresented ethnic minority groups in pursuing graduate work and
careers in adolescent development. It provides an opportunity for selected
Scholars to attend the Biennial Meeting and to develop meaningful
relationships with SRA members.

The Young Scholars Program will launch at the SRA Biennial Meeting in
Chicago, March 6-9, 2008. Special premeeting activities have been planned,
including discussions about careers in adolescent development, applying to
graduate school/funding, and navigating the Biennial Meeting. A key feature
of the program is that Scholars will receive mentorship from junior and
senior scholars who are active in the field of adolescent research.
Approximately 15 scholars will be selected from across the country.

*SRA is now accepting applications for scholars, junior mentors, and senior
mentors.* The application deadline is *November 16, 2007*. Applicants will
be notified of their status in early December, 2007. An application and
program information is available at
