[xmca] extending the deadline for the mca special issue on play to november 7

dear all!
due to the emergency situation in southern caifornia, and due to the fact
that some of us have been mandatory or voluntarily evacuated from our homes,
we are extending the deadline for submitting papers for the special MCA
issue on play to november 7th .
once again we are looking forward to your papers and hope that this
extension helps.
