Dear Colleagues,

We are three doctoral students at the University of Washington finalizing a symposium proposal for AERA this year. Our research areas are teacher education and professional development and we are looking for one or two folks who might want to present their experiences with this work along with ours. The session is intended to be conceptual in nature, dealing with our experiences applying CHAT to our research as well as the findings from our individual studies. Our intention is to raise questions we encountered using CHAT and to consider the benefits and challenges CHAT affords as a theoretical lens.
We will be submitting the proposal next week on August 1 so please let us know if you'd like to join us. Please reply to:

Lisa Kuh, University of Washington, Tufts University
Mary Clevenger-Bright, University of Washington
Chris Ward, University of Washington
