[xmca] membership lists

I am sorry that some people have been hassled in the process of repairing
the membership list that is currently
in progress. The list, which is now viewable under members on the xmca
homepage, appears to have the names
of some people who were, at one time, signed up, but are no longer.

Or this is a bad father's day joke.

The problem will be fixed as soon as possible by those working on Sunday to
fix the initial problem!!
