Assistant/Associate Professor of Educational Psychology

The Department of Educational Psychology, College of Education at the
University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking a 9 month, tenure-track,
Assistant or Associate professor with primary teaching responsibilities in
graduate level inferential statistics with an emphasis on ANOVA and
regression. Preference will be given to candidates with research and/or
additional teaching interests in cognitive aspects of instruction and
learning or educational assessment. Position dependent on funding
availability.

We seek candidates with a commitment to working with diverse populations,
potential to attract external funding, willingness to mentor Ph.D.
students, and the ability to contribute to the research, teaching and
service missions of the College of Education. The anticipated starting
date is August 2007.

Applicants should have a doctorate in educational psychology, statistics,
measurement, or related field. ABDs will be considered if evidence for
completing the doctorate by August 16, 2007 is provided.
