George, try Alibris at http://www.alibris.com

Be sure to click on "expand your search to view all available copies of
books matching your search terms". Alibris seems to have a number of copies
of the 1969 Cole/Maltzman collection. I got one in very good condition
through them, but you have to read the condition descriptions carefully.
