Who knows, Elina, perhaps it was baloo the indian bear, or perhaps it was
Ivan Ivanovich Medved, who actually said, "never do today what you can
put off until tomorrow," a line of wisdom similar to the advice Budha
has been quoted as giving: Don't just do someting, sit there. Similar, not
exactly the same, what with the importance of cultural context certainly
playing a role here in both production and consumption.

JREEP stands for J. Russian & East European Psych. Shpet via Zinchenko is
there. Davydov is there, etc.
