Professor Golder enphasized the historical aspects of Leont'ev intelectual production,
focusing the decade 40-50 - when the troika was not alive any more, under Stalin's dictatorship.

He said most russian psychologists engaged on developing a CH approach to psychsism,
along 2nd world war, fought in battle camps (Elkonin) or served in campaing hospitals (Luria).

According to him, the main thesis of AT is the "interconnection between "elementary" (physiological)
and "superior" (psychological) processes" or "the human psychsism conceived as a hole".

[I remmembered the recent xmca's discussion on Emergenticism]

He said that Gita Vygotskaiia had told him that, in her oppinion,
it was quite better that his father had died by tuberculosis...

And read to us the last poem written by David Vygotskii, closest LV's friend-cousin, send to prision by Stalin.

Finally, he talk on some aspects of CHAT defensors and first pionneers - and specially about his personal experience
as Luria's student in Moscow.
