To get this through a Union vote is nearly impossible. Any suggestions?

Now my question about zpd. I have to revoke my earlier agreement with the
idea that zpd is a social construct. Having worked with both group settings
and one-on-one interventions it is my belief that zpd is an individual
phenomenon and to try and invent a social environment that will provide this
developmental transition is unrealistic. The support for this theory is long
and drawn-out but I will certainly provide evidence shortly. Part of the
support is from Vygotsky's writing and part of this is from the
cross-cultural studies conducted by Scribner & Cole. Conscious thought is
different then unconscious thought and within the confines of daily life we
shift between the two.

More to come,
Eric
