As I expected (but needed cofirmation), the Irish language uses latinate
borrowings for culture: cultúr and pesonality: pearsantacht.

Catalan: cultura and personalitat.

I have arranged for the Melin resources to be available outside the
firewall if anyone is interested in looking up the word "culture" in Welsh
you will find 3 translations.
