Me too, I loved the poem Gary, also went looking for one of my own
about holding a similar heavy little box that held my mother's remains.

In the Northwest Coast, the possibilities of emerging crocus, sunshine
and poetry make life worthwhile. I would love to be putting together
an "impossible" syllabus this week, but today got a rejection letter from
my institution. Woes of a graduate ABD - we are always caught between
desire to become something and rejection for not quite being there yet.

 thank you for this.

Kathryn
