Xmca Folk -

I am reflecting on my (sometimes) silence and want to throw out a
pragmatic response: I am swamped! I enjoy reading the conversations and
certain lines of reasoning are stimulating - I appreciate Joanne's method
of reviewing postings in order to prioritize them for reading now or later.

Fo me the issue is finding the time to read, consider and reflect,
and then respond. Anyone have any time management advice for a new faculty
member? I would appreciate any and all ...

Yours "dashing about thoughtfully, but dashing about nevertheless"

Jennifer
