The oven (xcma) is a wonderful place to bake bread (ideas).

Temperture (trust and community building) is definately a prerequisite for
baking bread (ideas).

Regulating temperture is bound to be a constant stuggle in our metophoric
oven, but it it would seem sad if our oven could no longer bake bread.
