People can recommend about the modern workplace for a course on
organizational theory for the section about the fragmented nature
of modern office life?
I will show the Judge Film Office Space and need one other
to illustrate ideas about power, alienation, bureaucracy,
technology.
I have thought about Brazil, but it may be too much or too difficult
to analyze for undergrads.
I have ruled out 9 to 5 "(it is not as good as I remembered it
upon a second screening) and tried Clockwatchers but it drags.
Modern Times has been done alot in my department, and its more
about FOrdism in general. Working Girl doesn't foreground the
issue of work itself enough and is more about the appearance of
success and class/gender.
Any help is appreciated.
