Thinking on Mary's inquiry, I came to a conclusion that people like Mao,
Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini were the greatest scientists of all times. Many
of them (e.g., Mao and Stalin) actually made this claim on the basis of the
statement. Does it glorify social engineering and "social creativity"? Is
it another spin of Foucault's governability and gaining more control over
population?
