I hope that since Ilias Karasavvidis' dissertation is dated 7-1-1999 that I
am not a day early in offering congratulations, and if so, encouragement
is in order!
I am looking forward to enjoying and spending some time with the text,
which feels well written and researched. Thank you Ilias!
