I support the notion of discussing values. It has been part of our concept
of collaboration (see the wheel we have published a couple of times) but
are development of values is still limited. We could greatly benefit from
a broader discussion of them, (for instance, as linked to task and
maintenance roles in collaborative activities, etc.)
