Dogs in Cuba

Recently, a friend of mine had passed a couple of days in Cuba. He told
me something that called his attention was the fact that dogs in Cuba
(even the big ones) doesn't have an agressive behavior against
"strangers" sorrounding particular houses. Like they didn't have an
orientation to defend the private propriety or "internalized" this
sense of people ownershipness.

Have anyone else who had been in Cuba observed that?

I had never been there.
