Marty and others, I was not looking for a book, but if there were
one, I would like to know about it. Nor am I looking for instruction
informed by any particular theory of language, but rather, one
that treats the way words work, the way texts operate at 'lower'
as well as 'higher' levels, as a key to understanding content.
I would like to _see_ such a pedagogy in action. I was wondering
if I would have to go to England or Australia to do so.
Thanks -- Judy
