University of Nevada, Reno, has an opening for a tenure-track assistant
professor in our APA-approved program in clinical psychology. Applicants
should have completed a Psychology Ph.D. and APA-approved internship by
the Summer of 1999. The successfull candidate will show a strong
commitment to teaching, clinical supervision, and programmatic research
of both theoretical and clinical interest. We are particularly interested
in candidates dedicated to a scientist-practitioner model who can work
cooperatively and effectively as a member of a growing program. The
dominant orientation of the clinical program is behavior analytic/
contextualistic. Competitive salary, teaching loads, and startup funds.
Female and minority candidates are especially encouraged to apply. Reno
is a medium-sized community with excellent access to outdoor recreation
