where was that?

Apologies for another request to locate something from xmca. I've found
that the web archive, wonderful as it is for catching up, doesn't easily
help locate information because we tend to stick to the same subject
headings for messages that range pretty widely. I used to introduce new
ones more often, because of the offline technology I used then, but that
makes it harder to follow threads.

Suggestion... keep the first few words of the general thread header and
then add a phrase or keywords to distinguish the sub-topic your message is
about -- all in the subject line. Most mail programs let you edit the
subject header before sending a reply.

Query: Where was the website with information about international
experiments in teaching? particularly trying out European/Russian
approaches in the US?

thanks, JAY.
