Naoki,

As I have come to expect, what you have written has given me much to think
about! So I have printed your email to digest on a day trip tommorrow.
Unfortunately current events have given me little time, but I do wish to
say that I am very interested in pursuing further your ideas on mutual
constitution as what ( I think ) is the dynamic evolution and
interdependence of object/subject/motive in activity theory. XMCA seems
just the place to have this conversation.

I have done a little work on understanding the adult side of learning
through the cooperative design of computer modeling activities. I'll send
you a paper that is almost in this direction. If I have my way, there will
be more in the future!
