If you are not web-page-wize (I can't get netscape to work from myu
home for the life of me, so I am sort of in this category), I can

But lets stick to Yrjo's paper. When enough people have read it, I would
like explore the variet of meanings meant by the term, development, in
our discourse.
Then if others get interested in other papers (and I hope people will feel
free to put forth papers for discussion whether or not they made it to
Geneva) there is the potential for later discussion.
