Hi Judy-- I don't even know who all CHAT-ers are! And within the
broad tradition, which certainly has important roots in Germany,
there are some who emphasize the CH and some who emphasize the AT,
while to qualify in my book, one needs a constant interanimation of
the two.
G.H. Mead is clearly a central player for lots of reasons.
Arne has a geneology in a paper written a few years ago that is
useful. Perhaps, Arne, there is now a way to distribute it in coded
form for those who are interested without taking too much of your
time?
