Ana,
I found your comment concerning solo vs joint activites very interesting,
and your solution to the paradox a promising one. As far as my paper
is concerned it is not quite ready to be sent. I need to fine-tune it
a little, and with AERA coming up I will not be able to do that for a couple
of weeks. But I will sned it to you soon and will make it available to
anybody else who wants it as well. We are trying to present a
sociocultural approach at AERA to a largely unprepared audience--
where we have 13 minutes to contrast it with four other approaches
prevalent in educational psychology. This is particularly difficult
at a time when there are so many exciting new developments taking place
within our own thought community.
