I just would like to add to your comment about painters, etc. that many
of these individuals have sketchbooks, choreographic visual codes, etc.
which allow a backward and forward look about one's ongoing processes of
construction. These are all part of what we refer to as the co-occuring
processes of action/reflection/transformation.
