I think that Mike's response about where teacher researchers can submit
is a bit misleading. Of course, they can submit to any journal for
possible publication. However, I think the teacher was also asking
where is a place that I might have good odds of getting my work
published. I think that the odds are strongly against teacher
researcher publication in most academic journals even if the expressed
interest is classrooms and teachers. I think Angel's colleague was
asking for a journal that offers a decent chance for publication of his
type of research.
