Women and knowing

Vera John-Steiner mentioned an interest in _Women's Ways of Knowing_,
as work (I assume) and as topic. I'd like to know more, including
the reference for the work, if this is a book or edited collection
worth knowing about. I have a long-simmering interest in issues
of the gendered (assuming many genders) nature of what we count
as valued forms of knowing. JAY.
