Within APA circles this has been discussed for about 4 years - all the information I've seen indicates APA wasn't involved but they have hired an external law firm to investigate.  I hope there is nothing there but who knows?

-- who'd have thought it?  Next we'll be hearing that psychologists are used to maintain the status quo in education and that they're no better than "suet doctors"...
