[xmca] new journal

A new teaching and learning journal: Critical Studies in Teaching and Learning (CriSTaL) is being launched this year. The attached letter gives further details about the journal itself, and its aims and scope, as well as the 'job description' of an advisor, and the names of the editors who are on the editorial board.
