Please open and distribute. These are the two developmental robotics societies that are working on merging. The work being done in developmental robotics is truly amazing and offers both insights about developmental mechanisms, functional dependencies between developmental systems, and a platform in which to test theories. And they need us -- developmental psychologists -- to bring what we know about cognition, about development, and about rigorous experimental design. Also Japan is a wonderful place to visit.
