[xmca] Re: [ISCAR Bulletin] Congress Newsletter 1 - Oct 2010



I just read the ISCAR Congress Newsletter. If I am understanding it correctly, you gave preference to proposals submitted by the first deadline. You should have made this clear when you extended the deadline, because the usual practice when a conference extends its deadline is to treat all proposals the same regardless of when they were received. Those of us who submitted by the September deadline were not aware that we were in a separate pool of proposals.
