[xmca] College of Education Dean Position

Our university is a very nice university....very cold for part of the 
year, yes, but nice nevertheless, and we need a really, really good dean:

UNI is Iowa's primary teacher-education university, and Iowa is still 
the country's premier education state (just look at our state quarter!!) 
  So, it might be a smallish school, but it's potentially a high 
visibility position!

I'd sure love to see a CHAT kind of person show up. ;-)
