Re: [xmca] Help with doctoral studies

I believe Jose David was interested in schools he could attend. You are
recommending
he work with Jim Lantolf? Are there fellowships available for this? Any
concrete suggestions for how to go about applying with a chance of getting
support (I ask because things at
U of Cal are very biased AGAINST non-resident students who have to pay very
high fees, so high we cannot ordinarily support them).
