[xmca] Cyril Smith has died

I don't know if many people on this list knew him, but the
British Marxist Cyril Smith died over the weekend, after a
short illness. His work can be seen at:

I am personally indebted to Cyril, because it was Cyril that
helped me break out of dogmatism and encouraged me to return
to a fresh reading of Karl Marx. He is sadly missed.
