'timeless" is probably not the right word
I agree that one's personality is always developing in active engagement with the world; there is development and there is time but time is also a "relationship" to the world it is also a subjective notion there are different kinds of time
one's personality is what it is because it was and because of it being at the same thime one and many it is what it was at the same time
I don't if what I'm trying to say is clear enough?
