I usually wend my way to that website by going to lchc.ucsd.edu, then
xma, then click on the polls are closed sign which gets you to an
erlbaum link where there is a little xmca link which reveals that
location of the free article -- which all goes to show you how a web
semi literate copes with this brave new world!
