Victor-- Pepper has been a topic of discussion among developmentalists in
general and those who think culture has something important to do with
human development for several years. Barbara Rogoff and Irving Altman (an
ecological psychologist) use him and I write about him in *Cultural
Psychology*. His major book, *World Hypotheses* is accessible and I, at
least, find it interesting.
