Victor-- Reference is difficult to establish in any medium, but this one
can be especially difficult. It appears that we agree that data derived
from, say, extensive interviews with a Ukrainian with first hand experience
by a trained ethnographer is preferable to data obtained from a person who
heard from other people about the activities in question.
