Alas! I just learned that the XIVth Congress of the World Association
for Educational Research -2004 (AMCE-AMSE-WAER), is to be held in
Santiago, Chile next May. Deadline for presentations of one "letter"
abstracts (45 lines), expires tomorrow. I copied relevant info below.
