I think something very similar may be found at
"Knowledge of language its Nature, origins and use" (1985)

I have been trying to identify the source of this (presumed) quote from
Chomsky:

The mind is not a system of general intelligence. Rather, the mind has
distinctive subsystems such as a language faculty, a cognitive system,
[etc.].

I have looked all over the place, but have failed. Can anyone identify the
source, or was it imported by a unicorn?
