Sorry to make this request yet again. One proposal we received couldn't get
a fair review because it hadn't been properly uploaded. I have it now as an
email attachment. I am asking for two volunteers who can review it as an
email attachment, then send their review to me as an email attachment
(following the review form on the website)
& it must be done in the next 2 days.
