Urgent: Beware of the New Worm "W32/Palyh" through Email Specifying the
Source as support who-is-at microsoft.com.

Users are warned that a new worm was found spreading across the Internet
through Email. The Email appeared to be sent from support who-is-at microsoft.com.

DELETE the Email with the attachment right away.

As good practice for all e-mail users, DON'T open any e-mail attachment
from unknown or unexpected sources. Moreover, users are advised to install
the virus protection software provided and keep it up-to-update to ensure
that your machine is properly protected even when an attached file from
trustworthy source is opened. If the attached file is found to contain
virus, users should DELETE it immediately and inform the sender as soon as
possible.

Users should also be aware that the anti-virus software is most effective
on known viruses and less or even ineffective on unknown ones. It is
therefore important not to download or obtain files from unreliable sources
which may contain unknown viruses. Should there be any queries, please
