PSTD literature??

Hi

I am working on a paper about PTSD in children coming from war areas.

 

In a lecture I heard about Fjodor Vasilliu, but I can't find any
literature by him. Does anyone here know the fellow?? I may have
misspelled his name!!

 

Any links to literature about the topic I welcome.
