unannounced detentions

Jay-- The story concerning Iranian vistors/immigrants and detentions was
on regular TV in this area where the events occurred. But the general
problem you allude to has been accute for more than a year and appears
to be getting worse and worse. With John Ashcroft the guarantor of civil
liberties in the US, I believe only worse is to come.
