I thought Peter was making a joke concerning the transposition of the comma
instead of the period as the difference in delimiters for dollars, cents, and
thousands.
But - the last ten times i have seen an email concerning a direct bank
transfer it was a scam or hoax. utopian dreams indeed.
There were fireworks today! (otherwise known as embodied contradictions in
higher-ed, rising into the atmosphere) Wow!
