Nope, it doesn't break tradition at all, Bill. I got an error page when I
tried to submit my vote, so I voted again. Eugene mentioned that votes only
counted once, so something of the same problem may have happened last year.

you can also click on a link to see the results as a bar chart. When i went
back to make the edits in the proposed themes, i also noticed that this site
has several ways of checking so no one can vote twice or more. This is the
default, although i think it breaks chsig voting tradition.
